How claiming works
1. Send your request
Find your profile and click Claim this business — Free. Your business details will be added to the request form. Tell us your name, business email, role and owner-account username.
2. Verify ownership
Our team checks that you are the owner or an authorized representative using independently verified business contact information or control of your business domain. We may contact you for more information.
3. Manage your profile
Once approved, we assign the existing profile to your account. Sign in to edit your contact details, services, coverage and booking links. Changes are reviewed before publication.
Need an account? Create your free owner account using your business email, then include your username below. Registering an account does not create a duplicate business listing.
Already listed? Claim that profile rather than adding another. A request does not transfer ownership instantly. Basic profiles remain free, and optional paid promotion is separate. Paid enrollment is not yet open.
Request ownership of your business profile
Complete your name and business email below. In your message, include the business name, city and state, profile link (if available), website, your role, business phone and owner-account username. When you arrive from a profile’s claim button, its details are filled in for you.
We will review your request and contact you about verification. Never send passwords, identity documents or financial details through this form.
For corrections or removal, change the first line of your message to “Profile correction” or “Profile removal.” An owner account is not required for those requests.

Directory registration, claims and promotional placement do not indicate approval for foundation-funded services. Assistance requires separate approval before services.
